Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Phlebotomy training from an approved school is preferred.
• Phlebotomy certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to general lab policies and regulatory guidelines.
• Demonstrate independent judgment and problem solving in daily tasks.
• Maintain competency in designated lab sections and complete required trainings.
• Assist with specimen receiving and supply handling as needed.
• Train new employees or students on policies and procedures.
• Communicate clearly with staff and patients across all ages.
