Position Overview

The Ray and Stephanie Lane Computational Biology Department (CBD) is seeking a Laboratory Assistant III in Pittsburgh, PA to support laboratory automation and instructional activities.

Responsibilities
  • Prepare samples and equipment for laboratory course sessions
  • Improve and/or design laboratory exercises using automation, including protocol development
  • Monitor equipment and schedule repair or maintenance as necessary
