Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 2 years of college science courses preferred.
• Two years relevant experience as a phlebotomist or specimen processor or MLT certification.

Responsibilities

• Process patient specimens and ensure accurate, timely test results.
• Enter patient information and orders into the computer accurately.
• Perform specimen accessioning, sorting, labeling and storage.
• Maintain PPE compliance and follow safety guidelines.
• Support education and training of staff and students.
