Formación

• High School Grad or Equivalent required.
• Phlebotomy training program preferred.
• Technical/Vocational training may be required/beneficial.
• Driver's license preferred per role.
• Phlebotomy certification preferred (ASCP) or equivalent is appreciated.

Responsabilidades

• May perform cytopreparatory staining and accessions in surgical cases.
• May receive and set up primary specimen cultures, inoculating petri dishes for bacterial growth.
• May clean and disinfect laboratory equipment and spaces, maintaining inventory control.
• Participates in performance improvement activities and evaluates new equipment/procedures.
• Provides customer service resolution within guidelines and supports education to clinical staff.
