Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Completion of a phlebotomy training program preferred.
• Proficiency with basic computer software (MS Office) and ability to learn lab systems.

Responsibilities

• Collect blood specimens and prepare samples for testing.
• Perform preanalytic processing and basic laboratory tasks.
• Maintain inventory and ensure proper labeling and storage of specimens.
• Ensure safety policies and PPE usage are followed.
• Provide excellent patient and customer service in a fast-paced environment.
