Job description

The role involves processing specimens and making outbound calls to clients to troubleshoot any issues, such as missing forms, incorrect names on samples, or wrong samples sent.

Responsibilities

1. Participate in the 7am morning sample volume
2. Sort, re-label, scan, and rack all molecular samples
3. Assist in HIV specimen processing
4. Laboratory processing
5. Sample collection

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Strong communication skills to interact effectively with clients and team members
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize in a dynamic environment
• Experience in specimen processing or a related field is highly preferred

Work hours are Tuesday - Friday, 7am - 4pm or until samples are completed, and Saturday, 8am - 5pm or until samples are completed.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.75 per hour.
