Sanford Health in Marshfield, WI is seeking a full-time phlebotomist to perform phlebotomy, collect and process specimens, and assist with laboratory tasks. You will help prepare specimens and enter orders and results while maintaining data accuracy in a safe and professional environment.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, completion of a phlebotomy program, and preferred phlebotomy experience. BLS certification may be required.

Job Summary

Responsibilities include phlebotomy, collecting, preparing and processing specimens biological specimens. Assists in performing laboratory activities and other assigned tasks. Aids in preparing laboratory specimens and supplies. May be responsible for entering laboratory orders and results. Ensures the accuracy and quality of laboratory data in a safe and professional work environment.

Qualifications

High school diploma or General Educational Development Diploma (GED) preferred.

Completion of a formal phlebotomy program, phlebotomy experience, and experience in a laboratory-related field preferred. May be required to have Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
