Job summary

Sanford Health in Marshfield, WI is seeking a phlebotomy technician to join our laboratory team. You will perform phlebotomy, collect, prepare and process specimens, and support routine lab activities in a 40-hour week with day shifts.

Minimum responsibilities include accurate data entry and specimen handling, with training and onboarding of new staff as needed. A high school diploma or GED is required, and phlebotomy certification or registry eligibility within 12 months is expected.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• One year of laboratory related experience preferred.
• Phlebotomy certification required or registry eligible to take exam within 12 months of hire.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification may be required.

Job Summary

Aids in preparing laboratory specimens and supplies. May be responsible for entering laboratory orders and results. Ensures the accuracy and quality of laboratory data in a safe and professional work environment. Expected to train and onboard new employees.

Qualifications

High school diploma or General Educational Development Diploma (GED) required.

One Year Of Laboratory Related Experience Preferred.

Phlebotomy certification required or registry eligible to take exam within 12 months of hire. May be required to have Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
