Job summary

You will partner with Finance, HR, and Operations to address workforce needs, ensuring compliance with labor laws and company standards while shaping scalable labor strategy across stores.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Operations, or related field.
• 2 years’ experience in operations, project management, or related area OR 4 years’ experience in operations, project management, or related area.
• Strong background in labor management, scheduling, and budgeting.

Responsibilities

• Oversee labor generation allocation and design for store departments.
• Analyze business objectives and develop workforce planning strategies.
• Collaborate with Finance, HR, and Operations to address workforce needs.
