Job summary

Walmart Bentonville, AR 72716 is seeking a Manager, Operations in the Workforce Intelligence team to design and oversee labor generation and department scheduling. You will analyze business objectives and develop workforce planning strategies to drive productivity and cost efficiency.

You will partner with Finance, HR, and Operations to address workforce needs, ensuring compliance with labor laws and company standards while shaping scalable labor strategy across stores.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Operations, or related field.
• 2 years’ experience in operations, project management, or related area OR 4 years’ experience in operations, project management, or related area.
• Strong background in labor management, scheduling, and budgeting.

Position Summary…

What you’ll do…

This position is responsible for the execution and iteration of a Labor Generation department within the WFM team. Expected to design and maintain labor placement to drive a broader workforce strategy to improve productivity and cost efficiency at the department level. An individual in this position will be expected to perform additional job-related responsibilities and duties as assigned and/or necessary.

  The annual salary range for this position is $70,000.00 - $130,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
