Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Management, Supply Chain, Business Administration, Finance, or related field and 2 years’ experience in a senior management role within an operations, distribution, supply chain, or retail environment OR 4 years’ experience in a senior management role as an operations, distribution, supply chain, or retail environment.
• Ability to drive business plans and lead across functions.
• Strong leadership and people-management capabilities, with a track record of delivering results

Responsibilities

• Develops and implements business plans and strategies to meet facility goals (production quality, safety, operational improvements).
• Manages financial aspects by monitoring expenses against budgets and reviewing business reports.
• Drives Walmart Performance System (WPS) adoption and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Builds and leads high-performing teams, sets expectations, conducts performance reviews, and fosters a culture of belonging.
