Responsibilities

• Act as SME for the assigned labor relations area, including contract interpretations and arbitration proceedings.
• Conduct research and compile benchmark information to inform strategies.
• Collaborate with staff to align department and agency goals and review work for consistency.
• Perform other related duties to meet organizational needs.
