• Strong written communication and sound judgment with sensitive personnel matters.
• U.S. citizenship.
• Bachelor's degree or 9 years of equivalent experience.

Position Summary

The Labor Relations Specialist provides technical and consultative support on federal employee and labor relations. Helps the agency manage its relationships with unions, employee representatives and management associations

Key Responsibilities
