Job summary

Responsibilities

• Acts as management representative in meet and confer with unions and departments.
• Participates in negotiations and MOUs; prepares contract language and memos.
• HR partner to management teams; supports people-related objectives and talent development.
• Provides guidance on labor relations, policies, and disciplinary actions.
• Conducts investigations into harassment, bullying and discrimination.
