Job summary

HealthAlliance Hospital is seeking a Labor Relations Manager to oversee employee and labor relations, policy administration, and contract administration for all staff. The role includes leading investigations, preparing for arbitrations, and supporting negotiations.

Qualified candidates will have a minimum of three years in management within a union environment; healthcare experience preferred, with strong knowledge of HR software and data management.

Qualifications

• Minimum of a Baccalaureate degree; advanced degree preferred.
• 3+ years of progressively responsible management experience in a union environment; healthcare setting preferred.
• Knowledge of labor and employee relations, organizational behavior and administration is required.
• Competence in HR software and data management tools (e.g., Microsoft Office) is required.

Responsibilities

• Administer employment policies and collective bargaining agreements.
• Lead investigations for labor and employment matters, including disciplinary issues and harassment complaints.
• Compile data for negotiations on wages, benefits and contract language.
