Job summary

LeoForce in Providence, RI is seeking a Labor Relations Manager to oversee all aspects of labor relations, draft and negotiate union contracts, and ensure compliance with labor laws. The role collaborates with HR and management to align policies and manage the grievance process.

Requirements include a JD (preferred), 5+ years in labor relations with unions, strong negotiation and communication skills; state licensure is a plus.

Qualifications

• Proven expertise in creating and crafting agreements, handling union contracts, and strategizing negotiations.
