The role involves working with field leadership to address risks related to low teammate engagement, analyzing business needs concerning talent, training, compensation, HR policies, and legislative changes. Experience in labor relations and teammate engagement is essential. The position requires balancing project work and crisis response.
This position is based in California or Denver, CO, reporting to the Director of Labor Relations, with travel up to 40% to support teammate engagement efforts.
