Job Summary

This Workforce Solutions position is responsible for working with leadership and team members to identify opportunities to improve or enhance the work environment and help business leaders identify effective solutions for addressing corrective action and conflict resolution. Team members also participate in the development and administration of HR policies, procedures, and tools to effectively support business leaders in promoting positive employee relations. They must investigate and address all aspects of employee grievances.

Telecommute:
This is a Telecommute (Remote) role: Must reside within 250 miles of the office or anywhere within the posted state.

Required Job Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree or 4-6 years of experience in human resources, preferably in employee relations or a closely related field.
  • Counseling, coaching, and conflict resolution skills.
  • Understanding of HR policies, procedures, and federal and state employment and labor laws.
  • Ability to identify issues.
Preferred Job Qualifications:
  • Minimum 3-5 years' experience in a professional Labor Relations or Union environment.
  • Experience with collective bargaining and grievance management.
  • Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.

The compensation offered will vary depending on your job-related skills, education, knowledge, and experience. This role aligns with an annual incentive bonus plan, subject to the terms and conditions of the plan.

Base Pay Range: $54,800.00 - $121,100.00
