Job Summary

This Workforce Solutions position is responsible for working with leadership and team members to identify opportunities to improve or enhance the work environment and help business leaders address corrective actions and conflict resolution. Team members also participate in the development and administration of HR policies, procedures, and tools to support positive employee relations. Additionally, team members must investigate and address employee grievances.

Telecommute:
This is a telecommute (remote) role: Must reside within 250 miles of the office or anywhere within the posted state.

Required Job Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree or 4-6 years of experience in human resources, preferably in employee relations or a closely related field.
  • Counseling, coaching, and conflict resolution skills.
  • Understanding of HR policies, procedures, and federal and state employment laws.
  • Ability to identify issues effectively.
Preferred Job Qualifications:
  • Minimum 3-5 years' experience in a professional labor relations or union environment.
  • Experience with collective bargaining and grievance management.
  • Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
