The internship runs with a May 24, 2027 start date, offers in-person work with hybrid scheduling, and pays $19.50–$24.50 per hour plus standard benefits including pension, 401(k), PTO and holidays. Eligible candidates must be full-time available during the summer and enrolled in an accredited college or university.

Qualifications

• Current student, Senior or higher
• Enrolled in an accredited college or university pursuing a degree in Industrial Relations, Human Resources, or Business Administration
• Able to work full‑time during the summer (up to 40 hours a week) and commuting to the designated work location in‑person, per our hybrid work policy.
