Job summary

Harvard University CADM Talent Acquisition is seeking a Labor Relations Data and Reporting Analyst to deliver analytics to HR leadership. You will focus on union data, analyze membership trends, contract metrics, and present insights to inform strategic decisions.

You will gather requirements, support data access, and develop dashboards using QlikView HR Analytics, SQL, and BI tools, while collaborating with labor relations and HR leaders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required.
• Minimum of 5 years’ relevant work experience.
• Advanced knowledge of human resources and union data.
• Experience working in a union environment.
• Proficient in MS Office products; advanced Excel; Power BI preferred.
• Experience creating and using financial models.
• Experience in higher education administration, BI, IT.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Collect and analyze union data across HR domains; support leadership with reports.
• Provide data analyses and reporting for strategy and decision-making.
• Support union staff data analyses; identify trends and actionable insights.
• Gather business requirements; serve as primary data contact for labor questions.
• Troubleshoot data/app issues; perform QA of data and applications.
• Develop dashboards, reports, and management summaries; present findings.
