• Argue difficult cases in arbitration, Administrative Tribunals and the courts.
• Advise on evidentiary and legal strategy, witness admissibility, and case risk assessment.
• Conduct legal research and draft briefs and memoranda on labor and employment law issues.
• Review collective bargaining agreements and interpret complex laws and regulations.
