Overview

Labor Journeyman performs basic housekeeping on construction site.

Responsibilities

• Perform setup and clean up tasks at job site, including removal of construction debris
• Navigate construction job site terrain
• Clean & sanitize jobsite trailers
• Assist with basic deliveries & material storage
• Housekeeping interior and exterior project siteProvide labor support as necessary for carpenters, masons, and other specialized contractors, work to be directed & planned by Foreperson
• Reporting all safety incidents & injuries to Foreperson and Safety Leader
• Any scope of work outside of the above listed, shall be planned, documented, and approved by Foreperson, Safety & Management

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED
• Construction experience preferred

• OSHA 10 hour certified recommended, (Next 150 Construction will assist with obtaining this certification if necessary)

Salary to be determined based on factors such as geographic location, skills, education, and/or experience of the applicant, as well as the internal equity and alignment with the team.
