Job summary

Next 150 Construction Services is seeking Labor Journeymen to perform essential housekeeping on construction sites in Manchester, NH. Responsibilities include setup/cleanup, debris removal, site sanitation, and assisting with deliveries and material storage.

You will support carpenters and masons under the Foreperson's guidance, while reporting safety incidents and adhering to project plans. A HS diploma or GED and construction experience are preferred, with OSHA-10 recommended.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required
• Construction experience preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience
• OSHA 10 hour certification recommended; Next 150 Construction will assist to obtain it if needed
• Proof of certificates, degrees, etc. upon hire
• Basic understanding of construction principles and procedures
• Willingness to work in a high‑stress environment with extreme weather fluctuations
• Ability to work in a team environment

• Clean & sanitize jobsite trailers
• Assist with basic deliveries & material storage

• Provide labor support as necessary for carpenters, masons, and other specialized contractors, work to be directed & planned by Foreperson
• Reporting all safety incidents & injuries to Foreperson and Safety Leader
• Any scope of work outside of they above listed, shall be planned, documented, and approved by Foreperson, Safety & Management

Qualifications

• EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION
• High school diploma or GED
• Construction experience preferred
• Or equivalent combination of education and experience
• OSHA 10 hour certified recommended, (Next 150 Construction will assist with obtaining this certification if necessary)
• Proof of certificates, degrees, etc. upon hire

Salary to be determined based on factors such as geographic location, skills, education, and/or experience of the applicant, as well as the internal equity and alignment with the team.
