Job summary

Next 150 Construction Services seeks a Labor Foreman to oversee basic material installation on site. You will coordinate tasks, supervise crew, read drawings, and ensure safety and quality on every job.

Applicants need a high school diploma or GED, 2+ years of construction experience, and OSHA 10 (support to obtain). This on-site role offers a competitive hourly wage with benefits and retirement programs.

Qualifications

• EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION - High school diploma or GED
• 2+ years of construction experience
• Or equivalent combination of education and experience
• KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES - In-depth understanding of construction principles and procedures
• Ability to read construction drawings
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills
• Ability to communicate and report effectively
• Strong problem solving skills
• Willingness to work in high-stress environment with extreme weather fluctuations
• Ability to work in a team environment
• OSHA 10 hour certified ( will assist with obtaining this certification if necessary)

Salary to be determined based on factors such as geographic location, skills, education, and/or experience of the applicant, as well as the internal equity and alignment with the team.

The pay ranges from $31.34- $45.72 plus benefits and retirement program.
