Job summary

NBCUniversal’s Workforce Planning and Analysis team within Universal Studios Hollywood Finance seeks a qualified analyst to lead Labor Forecasting and bring data analysis and reporting to operations and Labor Support. This role supports labor utilization and scheduling consistency to drive employee satisfaction.

Requirements include a Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years in Finance, with hybrid work in Universal City. SAP/Power BI knowledge is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business/accounting/finance or related field.
• 3+ years Finance experience with progression.
• Willingness to work in Universal City, overtime/weekends with short notice.
• Hybrid: minimum four days per week in office.

Responsibilities

• Lead Labor Forecasting (roster/hiring planning) and model labor needs, budget, and hiring targets.
• Analyze staffing levels, attrition, availability, transfers, and demand to set targets by department.
• Support schedulers to execute initiatives behind utilization and hiring.
• Identify KPIs and build reporting for WP&A across groups.
• Provide real-time tracking and evaluation of weekly schedules to improve utilization.
