Job summary

BCG Attorney Search in Costa Mesa, CA seeks a Labor and Employment Labor Relations Associate with 3–6 years of traditional labor law experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will contribute to a dynamic litigation and advisory practice.

The role requires admission to the California Bar, excellent academic credentials, and in-office presence at least three days per week. You will advise employers on union campaigns, handle ULP proceedings, and participate in arbitration and bargaining.

Qualifications

• 3 to 6 years of experience in traditional labor law.
• Admitted to and in good standing with the California Bar.
• High academic grades.
• In-office presence required at least three days a week.

Responsibilities

• Advise employers on union organizing drives and manage strategic communication campaigns.
• Handle unfair labor practice proceedings and related litigation before labor relations boards.
• Manage contract grievances and represent management in labor arbitrations.
• Serve as spokesperson or strategist in collective bargaining negotiations.
• Provide strategic counseling for labor disputes and workplace crises.
• Counsel clients on labor aspects of mergers, acquisitions, and restructurings.
