Metric Geo seeks a California-licensed Labor & Employment Associate Attorney to join its Newport Beach office. The role offers exposure to sophisticated employment matters and direct client contact outside a high-volume insurance defense model.

The ideal candidate will have 2–10 years of Labor & Employment experience, strong litigation and legal writing skills, and familiarity with pleadings, motions, discovery, and depositions. Hybrid schedule available.

Responsabilidades

• Handle employment litigation, counseling, and dispute resolution.
• Advise on wage & hour, PAGA, class actions, discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and wrongful termination matters.
• Conduct depositions, discovery, motions, mediations, and trial preparation.
• Interact directly with business clients and decision-makers.

This is a great opportunity for an L&E attorney looking to work on sophisticated employment matters with direct client exposure—without the high-volume insurance defense model.

The Practice:

• Employment litigation, counseling, and dispute resolution
• Wage & hour, PAGA, class action, discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and wrongful termination matters
• Depositions, discovery, motions, mediations, and trial preparation
• Direct interaction with business clients and decision-makers

Ideal Background:

• 2–10 years of Labor & Employment experience
• Strong employment litigation and legal writing experience
• Experience with pleadings, motions, discovery, and depositions
