BUCHALTER LLP's Labor and Employment Practice Group is seeking a mid-level associate in Orange County or San Diego. The candidate should be licensed to practice law in California and bring 3+ years of solid employment litigation experience, including PAGA and wage/hour class actions.

The role offers a salary range of $160,000 to $230,000 per year with bonuses and a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, and basic life insurance, a 401(k) plan, unlimited PTO and nine

Qualifications

• Licensed to practice law in California.
• 3+ years of employment litigation experience including PAGA and wage/hour class actions.
• Experience providing daily advice and counsel on employment matters is preferred but not required.
