Job summary

JURISolutions Legal (JSL) seeks an experienced Labor & Employment Paralegal for a 12-month, part-time role in Hillsboro, Oregon. The ideal candidate will assist attorneys with litigation support, subpoenas, and discovery, and conduct legal research to support investigations and case strategy.

The position is 30 hours per week over 4-5 days on-site, with a 12-month anticipated duration. A Bachelor's degree is required; ABA-approved paralegal certification is preferred but not required.

Job description

JURISolutions seeking an experienced Labor & Employment Paralegal for a 12-month, part-time opportunity with our multinational technology company client.

The candidate will support a broad range of compliance and employment law-related matters, including supporting litigation and workplace investigations. The ideal candidate will have experience assisting attorneys with the preparation of legal documents, including subpoena responses, discovery responses, and other case-related materials, conducting legal research and gathering, analyzing, and summarizing information to support litigation, investigations, compliance initiatives, and case strategy, and managing discovery and information requests by collecting, organizing, and producing responsive documents and data.

This engagement is part-time (30 hours a week over 4-5 days) and on-site in Hillsboro, Oregon. The anticipated duration is 12 months. Candidates must have a Bachelor's degree. A paralegal certificate from an ABA-approved program is preferred but not required.
