JURISolutions Legal (JSL) seeks an experienced Labor & Employment Paralegal for a 12-month, part-time engagement in Chandler, AZ. The role supports compliance and employment-law matters, litigation, and workplace investigations.

The ideal candidate will assist attorneys with document preparation, subpoena and discovery responses, and legal research, while gathering and summarizing information to support case strategy. Bachelor’s degree is required; ABA paralegal certificate preferred.

Job description

JURISolutions seeking an experienced Labor & Employment Paralegal for a 12-month, part-time opportunity with our multinational technology company client.

The candidate will support a broad range of compliance and employment law-related matters, including supporting litigation and workplace investigations. The ideal candidate will have experience assisting attorneys with the preparation of legal documents, including subpoena responses, discovery responses, and other case-related materials, conducting legal research and gathering, analyzing, and summarizing information to support litigation, investigations, compliance initiatives, and case strategy, and managing discovery and information requests by collecting, organizing, and producing responsive documents and data.

This engagement is part-time (30 hours a week over 4-5 days) and on-site in Chandler, Arizona. The anticipated duration is 12 months. Candidates must have a Bachelor's degree. A paralegal certificate from an ABA-approved program is preferred but not required.

This role offers a range of competitive pay rates starting at $30 per hour (equivalent of $62,400/annually) and a benefits package that includes PTO, holiday pay, optional health benefits, 401K and more.
