Adams & Martin Group, in partnership with a nationally recognized law firm, seeks a Labor & Employment Litigation Attorney to join their dynamic team in Los Angeles or San Francisco. Open to 2nd to 4th year associates with strong research and litigation experience.

The role focuses on advising major national employers, drafting policies, handling restrictive covenants, wage-and-hour matters, and class actions, with a generous base salary and bonus program.

Qualifications

• Strong academic record with excellent research, writing, analytical, and advocacy skills.
• Active California Bar membership required.
• 2–4 years of relevant labor and employment experience.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough legal research to support case development and litigation strategy.
• Provide expert employment advice and counsel to clients.
• Draft and review workplace policies and employment-related agreements.
• Engage in litigation activities, including restrictive covenant disputes, single-plaintiff claims, and class actions.
• Manage deposition experience, PAGA matters, wage-and-hour class actions, and ensure a comprehensive understanding of California employment litigation.
• Possess or develop traditional labor experience to enhance the practice group.
