Qualifications

• Labor and employment litigation experience is preferred; however other civil litigation experience is also welcome.
• Wage & hour and PAGA experience is a plus.
• Candidates should demonstrate outstanding writing, research, and analytical skills.
• Licensed to practice law and in good standing in California.

• Contribute to a busy national practice with initiative and accountability.
