The role offers autonomy and substantial client, court, and agency exposure, with mentorship and strong growth opportunities.

The ideal candidate will have passion for the law and experience in discovery, motions, depositions, and counseling on employment

Qualifications

Juris Doctor from an ABA-accredited law school.
Active Texas State Bar license.
At least 2 years of civil litigation experience; employment law preferred.
Strong research and writing skills.
Excellent written and oral communication.
Proactive, independent and team-oriented.

Responsibilities

Litigate and defend a diverse range of labor and employment-related claims.
Draft and respond to pleadings, motions, and discovery requests.
Take and defend depositions, and prepare for and participate in mediations, arbitrations, and trials.
Provide strategic advice and counsel on employment law issues.
Collaborate with senior attorneys to deliver top-tier legal services to our clients.
