This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated attorney with 2-6 years of litigation experience to grow their practice in a collaborative and supportive environment while assuming a significant role in all aspects of labor and employment litigation. This role provides attorneys with autonomy to have extensive contact with clients, courts, governmental agencies, and opposing counsel. While some prior employment law experience is strongly preferred, it is not required.The ideal candidate will have a passion for the law and experience in handling various aspects of civil litigation, including drafting and responding to discovery, drafting and arguing motions, taking and defending depositions, participating in arbitrations, attending court conferences, leading mediations, and counseling clients on labor and employment law matters. Significant litigation experience is a plus including day-to-day responsibility on cases.
