Duties include defending and litigating a broad range of employment-related claims and agency charges, representing employers in court, arbitration, administrative agencies, and mediations across various employment matters including class/collective actions, discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wage and hour, contract, employment tort, and non-compete cases.
The role also involves advising, counseling, and training employers on diverse employment and labor law issues.
Class Action/PAGA experience is preferred, though not required, and a strong understanding of current state and federal agency procedures is essential.
