• Advising, counseling, and training employers on diverse employment and labor law issues.
• Representing employers in court, arbitration, before administrative agencies, and at mediations in employment matters including class/collective actions, discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wage/hour, contracts, and trade secret/tort claims.

• The associate will represent employers in court, arbitration, before administrative agencies, and at mediations in employment matters, including class/collective actions, discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wage and hour, contract, employment tort, and non-compete cases.
• Class Action/PAGA experience is preferred but not required.
• A strong understanding of current state and federal agency procedures is required.
