Qualifications

• Defending and litigating a broad spectrum of employment-related claims and agency charges.
• Advising, counseling, and training employers on various employment and labor law issues.

Responsibilities

• Representing employers in court, arbitration, administrative agencies, and mediations for employment matters including class/collective actions, discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wage and hour, contract, employment tort, and non-compete cases.
• Class Action/PAGA experience is preferred but not required.
• A strong understanding of current state and federal agency procedures is required.
