The ideal candidate will be admitted to practice in Colorado and have 2–7 years of employment litigation experience, handling discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wrongful termination, and wage/hour claims.

Qualifications

• Admitted in Colorado.
• 2–7 years of employment litigation experience, preferably on the management side.
• Experience handling discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wrongful termination, and wage/hour claims.
• Advise and counsel experience preferred.
• Strong writing and analytical skills; ability to handle multiple projects.

Responsibilities
