Qualifications

- Experience advising employers on employee benefits and executive compensation.
Responsibilities
- Advise employers on employee benefits and executive compensation matters.
- Support mergers and acquisitions with benefits-related expertise.
- Ensure compliance with ERISA, the ACA, HIPAA, and the Internal Revenue Code.
- Provide practical legal advice on complex regulatory issues.
- Counsel clients on retirement plans, health and welfare plans, and executive compensation arrangements.
