BCG Attorney Search seeks an Associate with 2-6 years of law firm experience to join its Employee Benefits & Executive Compensation team within the Tax practice in Chicago, Illinois. You will advise on ERISA, executive compensation, retirement and health plans, assist with M&A matters, and draft legal documents while delivering client solutions.

Candidates should have a JD, Illinois bar admission, and strong writing and analytical skills; self-motivated and detail-oriented professionals

Qualifications

• Two to six years of law firm experience.
• Strong background in executive compensation and retirement plans.
• Experience with ERISA compliance.
