Job duties:

Work hybrid remote.

Join our Labor & Employment Group, where you will handle complex investigations, litigation, and counseling matters for employers.

• Conduct internal corporate and government investigations.
• Defend and litigate lawsuits involving employment‑related claims and agency charges.
• Defend against wage and hour matters, including collective and class actions.
• Advise, counsel, and train employers on employment and labor law issues.
• Represent employers in court, before administrative agencies, mediations, and arbitrations.
• Assist in collective bargaining negotiations with labor unions.
• Defend unfair labor practice filings and improper practice charges.
