This non-partnership track position offers a competitive salary range of $150,000 to $250,000 based on experience. Candidates should have at least four years of experience in employment litigation and be comfortable managing cases and advising clients. The role includes a billable hours goal of 1400-1800. Candidates residing in Virginia or Maryland may also be considered for telecommuting arrangements.

Formación

• At least four years of employment litigation and counseling experience.
