• Juris Doctor from an accredited law school.
• Active Washington Bar license in good standing.
• 3+ years of litigation experience.

• Hands-on experience with discovery and substantive motion practice.
• Deposition and courtroom experience strongly desired.

Responsabilidades

Compensation:

$120,000 - $200,000 base salary + bonus, depending on experience, skills, work arrangement, and overall fit

Annual Hours Expectation:

1,900

About The Role

Our client, a nationally recognized Am Law 100 defense firm, is seeking an experienced Employment Attorney to join its Seattle practice. This opportunity is well suited for a litigator with 3+ years of employment-law experience who is comfortable handling substantive matters independently while working within a collaborative platform.

The ideal candidate will have strong litigation, writing, and oral advocacy skills, along with meaningful experience handling employment disputes. Class action experience is required.
