Responsibilities

• Represent employers in labor and employment litigation, including discrimination, retaliation, harassment, and wage-and-hour disputes.
• Handle pleadings, motions, discovery, depositions, and court proceedings.
• Defend clients in EEOC charges and employment-related investigations.
• Advise on workplace policies, regulatory compliance, and risk management.
• Develop litigation strategies aligned with clients' business objectives.
• Collaborate with experienced attorneys while managing responsibilities independently and building client relationships.
