Confidential Employer in Birmingham, AL, seeks an experienced attorney to represent employers in labor and employment litigation. This on-site role may include some remote flexibility, with potential hybrid arrangements for the right candidate.

Active Alabama bar admission and prior litigation experience are required; a strong academic background and solid research, writing, and analytical skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Represent employers in labor and employment litigation, including discrimination, retaliation, harassment, and wage-and-hour disputes.
• Handle pleadings, motions, discovery, depositions, and court proceedings.
• Defend clients in EEOC charges and employment-related investigations.
• Advise on workplace policies, regulatory compliance, and risk management.
• Develop litigation strategies aligned with clients' business objectives.
• Collaborate with experienced attorneys while managing responsibilities independently and building client relationships.

Location: Birmingham, AL. This is primarily an on-site opportunity with occasional remote flexibility. Hybrid or remote arrangements may be considered individually, with a preference for attorneys located in the Birmingham area.
