Responsibilities

• Handle a labor & employment caseload, including single-plaintiff, class, and PAGA matters.
• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and legal memoranda.
• Take and defend depositions and appear at hearings and mediations.
• Advise employers on compliance, policies, and workplace issues.
• Work directly with clients and collaborate with experienced partners.
