• 3+ years of Labor & Employment law experience
• Strong with arguing motions and courtroom skills
• Experience with depositions, discovery, and litigation strategy
• Excellent communication and advocacy abilities

Responsibilities

• Handle employment law matters from inception through resolution
• Argue motions and attend court hearings
• Conduct depositions and discovery
• Participate in mediations, negotiations, and settlement discussions
• Assist with trial preparation and strategy
• Advise on labor and employment law issues
