Qualifications

• J.D. from ABA-accredited law school required.
• Texas bar admission or eligibility.
• 2–6 years of labor and employment litigation experience.
• Experience representing employers in complex disputes.
• Strong research, writing and advocacy skills.
• Ability to manage substantial portions of cases independently.

Responsibilities

• Litigate before state and federal courts and administrative agencies.
• Draft pleadings, dispositive motions, briefs, discovery requests and responses.
• Take and defend depositions; work with fact and expert witnesses.
• Prepare for hearings, mediations, arbitrations, and trial.
• Deliver high-quality client service and strategic counsel.
