• Strong federal and state court litigation experience.

• Confidence managing matters and working directly with clients.
• Bar admission and good standing.

Responsibilities

• Handle a mix of sophisticated litigation and employment advisory work.
• Conduct federal and state court litigation and handle discrimination claims.
• Draft position statements, employment policies and handbooks.
• Advise clients on a range of employment-related matters.
